 Hands-on training classes for users of Yardi
Professional, Yardi Advantage, and Yardi Genesis software are
scheduled periodically at HCC in Honolulu, HI. Please
call me for more details. Possible offerings include the
following:
Yardi Basics: This
will be an intense day of training on the basic setup and
functionality of the software. The class is particularly appropriate
for anyone wanting to make sure their system is set up optimally for
the way they do business and to insure that their procedures are
efficient and complete. $295 for the 1st person
and $260 for the 2nd person from the same
office.
Yardi CAM Setup and Reconciliation:
A half-day training on the basic setup and functionality
for tracking actual CAM expenses and performing annual
reconciliations. $150 per person.
Using Yardi's Custom Letter Writer:
1 1/2 hours of hands-on experience using Yardi's Custom
Letter Writer. $70 per person.
Overview of Yardi's Maintenance
Module: A 1 1/2 hour introduction to the four
main maintenance functions (Tracking Fixed Assets by Unit,
Stock Items and Inventory, Work Orders, and
Purchase Orders). $70 per
person.
