Ronelle assisted us with a difficult conversion from Yardi Pro to
Genesis. The difficulty was not in the systems themselves, rather
the circumstance, timing of the conversion, and other work related
responsibilities. Ronelle showed patience while training me on
Genesis, she was interested in our conversion progress, and helpful
every step of the way. Finally, in August 2006 our system was
current.

I began working with Ronelle in Hawaii in 2001. She

the system and fine tuned our accounting using the Yardi
