Our management portfolio consists of
approximately 600 units. We have been in the property

Ronelle assisted us with a difficult conversion from Yardi Pro to
Genesis. The difficulty was not in the systems themselves, rather
the circumstance, timing of the conversion, and other work related
responsibilities. Ronelle showed patience while training me on
Genesis, she was interested in our conversion progress, and helpful
every step of the way. Finally, in August 2006 our system was
current.

Using Genesis makes our job quicker and easier. Genesis has
been a great program to work with. With everything you
need at your fingertips, if you utilize the program to its full
potential it's amazing what you can do in a short amount of
time. No need to hunt through files, all of the information
you need is available in the program.
At first I was hesitant about bringing in an onsite trainer
rather than being in a classroom setting. However, our
experience with Ronelle was better than we would have received in a
classroom. We had 2 days of personal, information packed
training. Even though our company has been using some form of
Yardi for years, we have only been using Genesis about a year.
While we thought we knew the program fairly well, we had several "ah
ha" moments that will make our lives even easier. Ronelle went
through from beginning to end and we came away with a lot of helpful
information. Having Ronelle come into our office was
definitely worth it. She is friendly, knowledgeable and an
educator. She truly knows what she is teaching and how to
