Jennings & Co. is located in Eugene, Oregon in the
southern Willamette Valley. We provide full service
property management, maintenance and real estate development
throughout the Willamette Valley. By having an in-house
Maintenance company, we can offer very competitive rates

We manage apartments, approximately 2000 residential units, and
approximately 600,000 sq ft of commercial properties. We

We also use Yardi to create and generate custom letters and to
manage Section 8 affordable housing.
Using Yardi software has increased our productivity due to its
integrated vertical platform. Since it is Windows based, training
and learning curves are reduced significantly.
Ronelle has been providing support and training for Jennings
& Co. since 1997. Her ability to survey situations and propose
the most cost effective and time effective solution has definitely
been a benefit to our fast paced environment. Ronelle’s vast
knowledge of accounting and Yardi functionality has allowed us to
not only overcome obstacles with ease, but also provided us with
comprehensive approaches to training.
In May 2008 we converted our software from Advantage to
Enterprise with Ronelle's assistance. It was a seamless
transition both for our clients and our in-house

Lorig is a real estate development, consulting and
property management company. We have been developing and managing
properties throughout the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years. Lorig
has 15 mixed use properties and 3
commercial/retail properties.
Currently our Yardi system consists of 3 databases
and 20 users. Our needs are served by Yardi Property Management, the
Affordable and Maintenance modules, and the use of custom letters.

I use Yardi to manage the tenants in the corporate office
building, Fisher Plaza. The Plaza is a first-class office building
and besides our corporate offices being located here, we also have
about 50 other tenants.
Having the ability to automatically track leases is very
important. I have managed to convince my corporate office that Yardi
is imperative to being able to manage their building.
In 2004-5 I worked with Ronelle and a colleague of hers to create
a Rent Roll report which pulled all the data we wanted directly from
Yardi. We went through a number of iterations until the Rent Roll
was exactly the way we wanted it to look, and contained the exact
information we wanted. It was a pleasure to work with experts in
developing this very important report.

RPM, a subsidiary of the HRDC, is the management
agent for 10 affordable housing properties in Bozeman and the
surrounding area. By focusing on affordable housing projects,
RPM has built an expertise in Federal and State guidelines
previously unavailable in the area, which has contributed to the
success of the HRDC's housing program, benefiting the lives of
thousands of clients.
RPM manages Tax Credit, Project Based Section 8, and
Private/Public Partnership Affordable Housing Communities for the
benefit of low-income families, disabled persons, and the
elderly. One property contains commercial space in addition to
housing for low-income disabled persons and seniors.
We were operating with the original Yardi
Affordable (Btrieve) database until July 2005 when we made the leap
to Yardi Voyager ASP. Converting data from such an old version
was of course fraught with problems as well as the need to train
staff to make full use of the new system. Ronelle was
instrumental to our group. While this process is still
underway, we have already begun to see positive results from the
implementation of Ronelle's suggestions, including the ability to
decentralize many of our leasing and rent collection processes
without compromising our eligibility and fiscal controls.
Ronelle did an excellent job in assessing where our
company was, listening to where we wanted to be, and developing a
plan to get us there. Her continuous support and
responsiveness made the implementation of this plan possible, which
has in turn helped us to better serve our owners and tenants while
maintaining cost effectiveness.
