As you can see...I've been doing accounting work for a very, very long time.

As an accounting professional with over 26 years experience in the property management and development industry, I have a thorough understanding of what your company needs to remain competitive, efficient, responsive, and profitable. I know how to satisfy the demands and requirements of your owners, property managers, asset managers, accounting department, tenants, vendors, maintenance staff and other personnel.

From 1998-2000 I worked directly for Yardi Systems, Inc. as an implementer, trainer, and as an account manager.  This provided me with a wealth of information about how real companies with very diverse portfolios are conducting business and what their daily, monthly, annual and future needs are.  My work with Yardi allowed me to keep up with the latest technology and innovations available. This experience and my accounting background enable me to offer a wide range of expert services.
